All our orders have a tracking number to follow so they don't get lost. If by any case something goes wrong, please let us know. We'll do our best to get your socks safe and sound. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase. All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. If for some reason your socks are not what you expected, feel free to let us know. We will be sad but we are sure you would like to change one MEMBER for another. Please send them back within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging unused with all labels etc. The College Club has a 14-day returns policy; you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number. We will do our best to help you through the process, but unfortunately we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Please return products as you received them in original packaging with all original labels. Upon inspection we will refund the amount into the same account that we received payment from.
